Flotation machine
The flotation machine is suitable for the selection of non-ferrous and ferrous metals, and can also be used for the selection of non-metals such as coal fluorite and talc. The flotation machine is driven by a triangular transmission of an electric motor to drive the impeller to rotate, generating a centrifugal effect to form a negative pressure. On the one hand, it inhales sufficient air to mix with the slurry, and on the other hand, it stirs the slurry and mixes the medicine, while refining the foam, so that the minerals adhere to the foam, float to the surface of the slurry and then form mineralized foam. Adjust the gate height to control the liquid level so that the useful foam is scraped out by the scraper.
Working Principle
Grind the ore, add water and necessary reagents during or after grinding, and mix them into the slurry in the stirring tank, then inject it into the slurry tank where stirring begins, introduce air into the slurry to form a large number of bubbles. Some mineral particles that are not easily wetted by water, generally known as hydrophobic particles, adhere to the bubbles and float to the surface of the slurry with the bubbles to form a mineralized bubble layer. Other mineral particles that are easily wetted by water, generally known as hydrophilic particles, do not adhere to the bubbles, but remain in the slurry, and the mineralized bubbles containing specific minerals are discharged, thereby achieving the purpose of mineral separation.
Other Notes
Low operating cost
Compared with conventional mechanical stirring flotation machines, it can save 1/3~1/2 of electricity.
High sorting accuracy and low clean coal ash content
The clean coal ash content can be reduced by 1~2% compared with conventional mechanical stirring flotation machines.
Good flotation effect
It is equipped with liquid level automatic control and electronic control devices, and the foam is highly refined, thereby improving the flotation effect.
Durable wearing parts
The impeller is always active in the machine, which plays a role in clearing accumulated materials and debris, reducing the phenomenon of parts being damaged by debris; and the impeller of the stirring device is made of abrasive rubber, which enhances the wear resistance.
