       Ore Dressing Shaking Table Technical Introduction Ore dressing shaking table, also known as elimination disk, is a kind of equipment that utilizes mechanical vibration and inclined water flow for mineral sorting. It is mainly used for processing fine and micro-fine grained minerals, and is widely used in the beneficiation of tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, gold, iron, manganese, chromium, titanium, zirconium and other minerals. 

      I. Working Principle The working principle of mineral processing shaking table is based on the difference in the movement of mineral particles on the bed surface. The bed surface reciprocates under the action of mechanical vibration, while the water flows laterally along the bed surface. The mineral particles are subjected to the following forces on the bed: Gravity: moving the particles downwards.

      Water flow: causes the particles to move laterally along the bed. 

      Bed friction: impedes the movement of the particles. 

      Inertial forces: generated by vibration of the bed surface, causing the particles to move longitudinally along the bed surface. Mineral particles with different densities, sizes and shapes, under the combined effect of the above forces, have different movement trajectories, and eventually form fan-shaped zones on the bed surface, thus realizing the separation of minerals.
