                            During the mining process of the ore, explosives packaging, tree roots, old belt heads, screws and other debris may enter into the cyclone and cause clogging. Once the sand sinking nozzle is clogged, the untreated slurry will directly enter the overflow, resulting in an increase in overflow concentration. Therefore, once the cyclone sedimentation nozzle clogging is found, the backup cyclone must be opened, and at the same time, the clogged cyclone must be closed for cleaning.

      After the cyclone sedimentation nozzle clogging, the vibration of the cyclone is very strong, especially in the high level of installation of the cyclone, it must be dealt with as soon as possible, otherwise the violent vibration is likely to pull the foundation screws off, and serious accidents may occur.

          Cyclone anti-clogging methods are as follows: First, in the pump pool on an inclined installation of screen, screen size should be less than 1/3 of the sand sinking nozzle, this is the most commonly used and most effective way, screen on the regular manual cleaning. The second is to install a tumbler screen in front of the pump pool with height difference to save labour, suitable for the occasion of much debris such as stones.
