Bed thickness: The bed can be divided into three layers: upper, middle and lower. The uppermost layer is the light mineral flow layer, the lowest layer is the heavy mineral settlement layer, and the middle layer is the intergrowth or transition layer. The thickness of the bed layer directly affects the quality and recovery rate of the jig product equipment, and the bed layer can be thinner by increasing the processing capacity. When the quality requirements of concentrate are improved, the bed layer should also be thicker, because the thick bed particles are difficult to pass, the stratification time is long, and the quality of heavy products is high. When dealing with fine grained materials and discharging ore under the screen, it is necessary to lay an artificial bed on the screen. Feed concentration is one of the factors that determine the horizontal flow velocity of the selected material in the jigging process. The appropriate concentration of ore feed is generally 20% to 40% of the capacity, in general, should be in the premise of ensuring concentrate grade and yield, as far as possible to increase the capacity. However, when the processing capacity exceeds a certain range, it will increase the loss of useful minerals in the tailings, and when the concentrate taste requirements are high, the processing capacity should be relatively reduced.
