After screening, the final product will be milled in the first section ball mill and constitute a closed-circuit milling with the classifier, and its classification overflow will be classified by the cyclone and then enter the second section ball mill for regrinding, and then constitute a closed-circuit milling with the cyclone.
The cyclone overflow firstly undergoes priority flotation, and its foam product undergoes secondary and tertiary selection to finally become the concentrate product, and the tailings after priority flotation undergoes the separation process of primary roughing, primary selection, secondary selection, tertiary selection and primary sweeping, and the tailings of primary selection and the foam product of primary sweeping enter into the cyclone for re-grading and re-selection, and the secondary selection and primary selection constitute the closed-circuit separation. The third selection and the second selection constitute a closed-circuit sorting.
